Quotes and rates

Rates are not published on this website. They are shared in a written quote and depend on season, group size, vehicle type, hotel category and customisation.

A quote is confirmed only when you accept it in writing, by WhatsApp or email, and any advance is received.

What is included

Inclusions and exclusions are listed on each package page and repeated in your quote. Items not listed, such as entry tickets, special darshan or puja fees, meals and personal expenses, are paid by the traveller.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed after we agree the itinerary and receive the agreed advance. The balance is payable as stated in your quote.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the services booked and how close the date is. They are shared with your quote before you pay.

Hotel, train and other third-party bookings follow the supplier’s own cancellation rules.

Changes to the itinerary

Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, river levels, festivals, security rules, traffic or temple closures. We will arrange the nearest suitable alternative and tell you as early as we can.

Traveller responsibilities

Please carry valid photo ID, follow temple and ghat rules, and keep belongings safe. Timings given on the site are approximate and can change.

Liability

We act as organiser and arrange services through local drivers, boatmen, guides and hotels. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control.
